Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
• If there is a temporary delay regarding a specific high-demand part or supplier backorder, we will notify you immediately via email.
Domestic Shipping (Israel)
• Our Carriers: We partner with leading local premium courier services to ensure safe transport of sensitive automotive parts.
• Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Shipping Cost: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed automatically at checkout, based on the dimensions, weight, and destination of the package.
International Shipping
• Regions Covered: We ship globally, including to the USA, Europe, UK, Australia, and select worldwide destinations.
• Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days, depending heavily on the destination country, carrier routing, and standard customs clearance procedures.
• Shipping Cost: Real-time carrier rates are calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been dispatched from our partner fulfillment centers, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders (including shipments entering Israel from global warehouses) may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by the destination country’s government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our checkout shipping rates. We highly recommend checking your local customs regulations, import laws, and tax thresholds prior to placing an order.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments
To ensure complete peace of mind, all our shipments are fully insured during transit.
• If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@boostgarageparts.com. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and components.
• If your tracking status shows the package is lost, please reach out to us so we can open an investigation with the courier and arrange a swift resolution or replacement for you.
