Returns & Refunds Policy
At Boost Garage Parts, we are committed to providing top-tier products and ensuring your complete satisfaction. Please review our returns and refunds policy carefully prior to making a purchase.
Return Window & Eligibility
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must strictly meet the following conditions:
• The item must be completely unused, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original, undamaged factory packaging with all tags, labels, and hardware included.
• You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@boostgarageparts.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you further instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs and logistics are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain types of automotive components cannot be returned under any circumstances to maintain quality control:
• Electrical Components & ECUs: Any tuning modules, software, or electrical parts once opened.
• Special Orders: Custom-made or personalized performance parts ordered specifically for your vehicle build.
• Used/Installed Items: Any part showing signs of test-fitting, installation, bolts marks, or use.
• Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, promotional clearances, or gift cards.
Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@boostgarageparts.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
